A little About Me
Hey, I’m Evan Perez, aka EP. I’ve been a Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2017, and over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from Division 1 athletes to everyday professionals who just want to move better, feel stronger, and finally see real results.
Originally from New Jersey and now based in Dallas, I take a no-fluff, all-in coaching approach, blending custom strength & conditioning programming, full nutrition coaching, real accountability, and honest communication.
I’m currently engaged to my best friend and the most beautiful woman in the world, Hannah McKethan. We’re planning our wedding for Fall 2026. I’m also a proud dog dad to Kobe (my guy) and Henry (mine by “marriage”). When I’m not coaching, I’m training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (currently a purple belt with the goal of just not sucking), competing in HYROX events (3 down so far, best time: 1:34, thanks to my only “hate” relationship with running), or traveling with my closest friends, who are basically family at this point.
I may not love people in general, but I love my people. And when you train with me, that’s the kind of relationship we’re building, real, consistent, and built on trust.

For All-in-one Premier Coaching, I’ll tailor the program to whatever you have access to, whether it’s the gym, a home setup, or minimal gear. For SSTT, the program is gym-based, but I’ll provide options to help you modify it.

No crash diets. No cookie-cutter meal plans. I focus on building sustainable habits that fit your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle.
Here’s how it works:
First, I learn about your current diet and eating habits by submitting a 7-day food journal (minimum 3 days—2 weekdays and 1 weekend day)
From there, we make small additions, not harsh restrictions. I believe in adding things to your diet, not taking everything away. That makes the process more realistic, sustainable, and mentally easier to stick to!
I don’t create meal plans. I coach you, guide you, and help you build the skills to eat for your goals
If you have a medical condition that requires specific nutrition guidance, I’ll refer you to a licensed dietitian and refund part of your payment for the nutrition portion.

Premier Coaching requires a 3, 6, or 12-month commitment. Why? Because real results take time. SSTT is month-to-month, no commitment.

With Premier Coaching, yes. You’ll have 24/7 messaging access, regular check-ins, and my eyes on your progress. SSTT is group-based, but I’ll still pop in, give shoutouts, and answer questions.
